MEANING BEHIND THE SHIRT:
I've spent my life battling the dark on and off. In my more recent years after gaining wisdom with life experience, I've realized that as long as I stay busy and I don't leave my mind idle, I can choose to focus on what's important, thus not allowing my mind to wander into the darker and less desirable places it has been,
 
I wanted to make this shirt because I like the idea of NORMALIZING this type of conversation. I wanted to make this shirt because it sends a positive and helpful message to anyone who reads it. A reassurance. Your average person isn't paying attention-but are they? I get stopped often when I am out in public because of my online presence with painting windows. And for every person that stops me, I know there's a bunch more that see me and just don't say anything.
 
The point I'm making here is the shirt will be seen and the message will be heard whether words are shared or not. That's normalizing the topic. The idea that so many of us suffer in silence and most people you see walking around are dealing with something. 
 
I know from first hand experience that staying busy and focusing on things you love is the first line of defense in staying strong mentally. I would add in that moving your body daily is up there on top of the list as well.
 
Sounds like working out in this shirt is not a bad idea ;)
